Originally from England, I have sewn all my life. More recently I have discovered the joys of patchwork, quilting and applique. Baby quilts are my specialty as well as appliqued tea towels, padded coathangers and greeting cards.

I was a school teacher for 40 years. Now that I am retired, I have devoted more time gardening and handicrafts. I enjoy crocheting and and making greeting cards. I also belong to a scrapbooking group and am making a heritage album for my adult children and grandchildren.
